Creditouch provides accounts receivable and collections software. This policy covers this website and the Creditouch app. Questions: hello@creditouch.com.

• What you type into the demo and contact forms: name, email, company and your message.
• No advertising or tracking cookies. Your light or dark theme choice is stored in your own browser.
• Standard server logs (such as IP address and browser) kept briefly for security.

Your account details (name, email) and the receivables data your organisation uploads, such as debtors, contacts, invoices and payments. Your organisation controls that data; we process it to provide the service.

When you import a spreadsheet, personal details are masked before an AI model is asked to suggest column matches.

• Google Firebase for sign-in.
• A managed PostgreSQL provider for the database, with daily backups.
• An email delivery provider for reminders and notifications.
• An AI model provider for import column matching (masked data only).

Under India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 you can ask to access, correct or erase your personal data, and to withdraw consent. Write to hello@creditouch.com; we reply within 30 days.

Form submissions are kept while we’re in touch with you. Workspace data is kept while your account is active and deleted on request.
