The gap

Your ERP records the invoice. Nobody owns what happens next.

Tally, SAP and Zoho are great at creating invoices. Getting them paid happens in spreadsheets and inboxes.

  • The list lives in Excel

Rebuilt by hand on Monday. Out of date by Tuesday.

  • Promises live in inboxes

Who promised what, and when? Nobody can say for sure.

  • The CFO waits for a report

Cash at risk is a question, not a number on a screen.

How it works

Live this afternoon. Collecting by tomorrow.

  1. 01

    Import

Upload the Excel you already keep. AI matches the columns; you confirm.

  2. 02

    Prioritise

Today ranks every debtor and suggests the next step for each.

  3. 03

    Collect

Reminders go out on their own. Calls, promises and disputes are logged in a click.

Our approach to AI

AI proposes. People decide.

Finance teams trust what they can check. So AI earns its way in, one step at a time, and you choose how far it goes.

  1. Live today

    01Monitor

AI reads your messy spreadsheet and suggests how the columns map. You confirm.

  2. Next

    02Suggest

AI proposes who to call and what to say. A person approves every action.

  3. Later, opt-in

    03Act

For segments you choose, routine reminders go out on their own. Every action explained.

From early teams

Less chasing. More collecting.

  • On the phone in 2 minutes

I used to rebuild the call list every morning from three sheets. Now I open Today, press Start my day, and I’m on the phone in two minutes.

Ayesha KhanCollections Executive, Logistics company, Pune
  • Board pack in 10 minutes

For the first time I can see cash at risk without asking anyone for a report. The board pack now takes me ten minutes.

    Rohit SabharwalCFO, Pharma distributor, Ahmedabad
  • Live the same afternoon

We uploaded our Tally export over a cup of chai. The first reminders went out the same afternoon, and two old invoices got paid that week.

Security

Your receivables, locked down.

Who owes you what is sensitive. We protect it from the database up.

How we protect your data
  • Your data, walled off

Each company is isolated in the database and in the app: two separate locks.

  • Sign-in by Google Firebase

We never see or store your password.

  • Roles and portfolios

People see only the debtors and actions their role allows.

  • Permanent audit trail

Every change to debtors, invoices and settings, with who and when.

Creditouch vs spreadsheets

Everything your sheet does. Then everything it can’t.

FAQ

Questions, answered

Something else on your mind? Ask us on a demo call.

Do we need to connect Tally, SAP or our ERP?

No. Export your receivables to Excel or CSV and upload it. Creditouch suggests how your columns map, you confirm, and most teams are live the same day. Direct integrations are on the roadmap.

Will our reminders land in spam?

Reminders go out from your own verified domain (SPF and DKIM), and you can see whether each message was delivered, opened or bounced.

Does the AI contact our customers on its own?

No. Today, AI only helps match your spreadsheet columns during import. Next, it will suggest actions for a person to approve. Any autonomy will be opt-in, per segment, and always explainable.

Is it built for Indian companies?

Yes. GSTIN lookup, CGST, SGST and IGST, TDS, place of supply, the Indian financial year and amounts in lakh and crore are built in. Other currencies are supported too.

Who can see what?

Access is role-based. Collectors see their own portfolio, managers and owners see the whole book, and you can create custom roles and departments. Every change is kept in the audit trail.

What does it cost?

Creditouch is free during early access. Teams that join now keep partner pricing when paid plans launch. Larger companies can talk to us about an enterprise set-up.
